Get your crew
back to the job.
Simple software for planning the day. Ten minutes in the morning, then everybody's out the door.
Goes straight to Zachary. No sales team, no obligation.
Sound familiar?
The whiteboard
Wiped clean every morning. No record of who went where, or what the customer asked for.
The spreadsheet
Three versions floating around and nobody knows which one is current. Unreadable on a phone.
The big software
Hundreds a month for features you don't use, built for somebody else's business.
We build one tool that fits how your business already runs. That's it.
Simple tools for running the day.
Pick the one thing costing you the most time. Most shops start there and add the rest later, if they ever need it.
Scheduling & dispatch
The whole day on one screen. Drag a job to a different crew, print the sheet, done. Everybody's looking at the same schedule instead of calling the office to ask.
Job & crew tracking
Every property, every job, every note in one place. When a customer calls about work you did two years ago, you pull it up while they're still on the phone.
Customer portal
One link your customers use to put in a request and see where their job stands. Cuts down the calls asking when the crew is showing up.
Paperwork that fills itself
Intake forms, work orders, end-of-week numbers. Type it once and it shows up everywhere it needs to. No more copying the same address into four places.
Nothing complicated about it.
Most people I work with have never hired a software guy before, and they don't want a process with a name. So here's the whole thing, plainly.
Typical job runs three to six weeks start to finish, depending on how much you want in it.
We talk, and it costs nothing.
Coffee at your shop or a call, whichever is easier. You walk me through a normal day and where it falls apart. I'll tell you straight if software isn't the answer.
I quote it, and the number holds.
One price for the whole build, in writing, before any work starts. If you want something added halfway through, I'll price that separately and you decide.
You see it as it gets built.
I send you the working version every week or so. You click around, tell me what's wrong, I fix it. Nothing gets locked in without you looking at it first.
I show the crew and stick around.
Half an hour with your team is usually all it takes. After that you have my number. Something breaks on a Saturday, you call me, not a support line.
You talk to the guy building it.
The Tighlman Group is me, Zachary Williams, with a handful of trusted specialists I bring in on bigger jobs. There's no project manager in the middle and no ticket system. You call, I answer.
I work with service companies across the Valley, including Arizona Carpet Care and Swyft Restoration. HVAC, plumbing and roofing teams are coming on now.
You know your trade. I'll handle the software.
No hourly billing
One price agreed upfront. It doesn't change.
Built for your crew
If it needs a manual, I built it wrong.
Works on a phone
In the truck, on a roof, in a crawlspace.
Local & remote
Based in Phoenix — I'll come to your shop. Software ships remotely anywhere in the Southwest.
Straight answers.
Do you only work with businesses in Phoenix?+
No. Software is delivered remotely, so we work with local service businesses anywhere in the Southwest — Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. In-person visits are available for shops in the Phoenix metro area.
What kinds of businesses do you build software for?+
Any local service business that runs on a schedule and a crew: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pest control, pool service, carpet cleaning, restoration, garage door, appliance repair, and more.
How much does field service software cost for a small business?+
$1,800 to build for crews under 5 people, $2,400 for crews of 5 or more, plus a flat monthly fee for hosting and support. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices.
How long does it take to build?+
Most projects run three to six weeks from the first conversation to launch.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use it?+
No. If it needs a manual, it was built wrong. Your crew should be able to use it on day one.
Is this the same as ServiceTitan or Jobber?+
No — those are built for big operations and priced for them too. This is custom software built around how your specific business already runs, priced for a small or growing crew.
Let's talk.
Tell me what's slowing the day down. No pitch, no pressure, and no charge for the conversation.
Call, text, or email — usually back to you within one business day.
